What company information would be required?
Share the company structure, annual revenue, cash flow forecasts, contracts, type of funding required, the buisness or project purpose and proposed timeframes. Recent business bank statements (12 months), ABN and Director /s ID. ATO portal statements and recent management accounts will be requested.
